When ordering oversized parts (length more than 120 cm or weight more than 31 kg), the customer is charged a surcharge for oversized shipment of at least CZK 330.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for returns.
If the goods are returned after more than 14 days. Only 50% of the current purchase price of the product will be refunded.

The goods that are on a special order cannot be returned.
